Designed to minimize signal aliasing and distortion, it features industry-leading trigger jitter as low as 1.0 ps rms and supports demanding probing with the InfiniiMax 1134A probe and E2668A/E2669A kits (sold separately).
This model supports up to 1 Mpts MegaZoom memory at full sample rates, and up to 32 Mpts at lower speeds, with a guaranteed 6 GHz hardware bandwidth and enhanced bandwidth via Option-008.
