The Keysight (Agilent) 6104A is a 1 GHz mixed signal oscilloscope featuring four analog and 16 digital channels, offering 4 GSa/s sampling and 8 Mpts deep memory for precise signal analysis. It achieves rapid waveform acquisition with a 100,000 wfms/s update rate and supports enhanced FPGA debugging via specialized software.
