The Keysight (Agilent) 6427B is a used SCR-1P Series regulated DC power supply utilizing silicon-controlled rectifiers in series with the transformer primary. Controlled by voltage and current settings, it features Harrison’s Ramp-Lock phase control for compact size and high efficiency up to 75% at full output. This model delivers a DC output of 0–20 V and 0–15 A, enclosed in a 5¼" high rack mountable cabinet suitable for bench use.
The unit offers low output ripple, strong line/load regulation, and supports Constant Voltage/Current operation with auto crossover and all-silicon circuitry.
