The Keysight (Agilent) 6641A is a high-performance, single-output DC power supply delivering 160W with a voltage range of 0–8V and current up to 20A. Designed with GPIB interface, it supports fast, low-noise outputs, analog control of voltage and current, and can be connected in parallel or series. It also features fan-speed control to minimize acoustic noise.
Ideal for automated testing environments, the 6641A is fully programmable and maximizes test throughput in design verification or production lines. It ensures precise power delivery with ripple as low as 300 µV rms.
