The Keysight (Agilent) 6811A is a 375VA AC Source/Analyzer with a frequency range from 45Hz to 1kHz and maximum voltage output of 300V rms or 425V DC. It supports sine, square, clipped sine, and arbitrary waveforms, and features built-in harmonic analysis. The unit can be controlled via GPIB or RS-232 interfaces and supports SCPI programming.
