It supports advanced bit error rate testing with options for pattern generation and error detection. With a bit rate range of 1Gb/s to 12Gb/s, supported patterns from 27-1 to 231-1, <30ps transition time, and <15pspp jitter, it ensures high-precision testing. Outputs deliver 0.5V to 2Vpp amplitude with voltage levels from +1.5V to -3.0V.
This model accommodates various testing configurations: Option UHF provides an error performance analyzer with a clock source, Option UHG offers a pattern generator and clock source without error detection, while Option UHH delivers an error detector alone. It allows remote operation through HP-IB, making it ideal for automated setups.
