The Keysight (Agilent) 81101A is a 50 MHz single-channel Pulse Generator offering adjustable timing parameters including repetition rate, delay, width, and transitions. Its integrated PLL oscillator ensures 0.01% rate accuracy.
This model supports double-pulses, pulse bursts, and external triggering. It features selectable 50/1000 Ohm source resistance with output amplitudes up to 20 Vpp into a 50 Ohm load.
