The Keysight (Agilent) 81511A Optical Head is designed for precision measurements with the HP 8151A Optical Pulse Power Meter. Operating between 550 and 950nm (calibrated at 850nm), it supports core diameters up to 200µm and features a measurement range of +10dBm to -60dBm. The head integrates a manual z-microdrive and is compatible with various fiber interfaces, optimizing PIN diode coupling efficiency.
Ideal for adapting measurements across a wavelength range of 550 to 1725nm, it includes a calibration grid to input correction factors, enhancing accuracy beyond the standard calibration point.
