It features 1% output accuracy, 1.3 ns variable edge times, and a 3-digit LED resolution for precise control. With 50 Ohm output impedance, internal triggering, and burst/gate trigger modes, it is ideal for testing and development environments requiring high signal fidelity and timing precision.
The 8161A supports a minimum period of 10 ns and delay from 0.0 ns to 990 ms, making it suitable for complex timing sequences and signal simulations.
