The Keysight (Agilent) 83475B is a precision lightwave and electrical measurement tool optimized for digital communication testing, supporting signal compliance across standard optical and electrical communication masks. It features a low-distortion, PIN-based optical receiver with a low noise floor, and supports wavelengths from 780 nm to 1600 nm using a 62.5/125 μm optical input. Custom test masks are easily uploaded via RS-232 remote interface.
