The Keysight (Agilent) 83525B RF plug-in offers a broad frequency range from 10 MHz to 8.4 GHz using a coaxial swept frequency source compatible with the 8350B sweep oscillator mainframe. It integrates a PIN diode switch to auto-select between two bands—0.01–2.1 GHz and 2–8.4 GHz—ensuring seamless signal transition. Its heterodyne lower band and YIG oscillator upper band deliver precise, stable outputs with leveled power of 20 mW.
It is ideal for scalar network analysis, local oscillator use, and stand-alone RF signal generation. Its frequency accuracy is within ±12 MHz, and linearity across bands ensures consistent performance.
