The Keysight (Agilent) 83540A RF Plug-In delivers high power performance with a frequency range of 2 to 8.4 GHz and leveled output power >16 dBm. It maintains frequency accuracy within ±15 MHz in CW mode and ensures typical linearity of ±0.1%. Option 002 extends attenuation capabilities beyond 80 dB for wider power control.
Designed for seamless integration with the HP 8350 series, the 83540A supports HP-IB programmability and features Power Sweep and slope compensation for precise measurement adaptability. It is fully compatible with the HP 8755 and HP 8410B/C systems.
