The Keysight (Agilent) 83572A is a high-performance RF Plug-In designed for integration with the 8350A Sweep Oscillator, covering 26.5 to 40.0 GHz in a single band. It employs a YIG Oscillator for stable tunable RF output, with a 0.1 dB resolution and external AM/FM modulation capabilities. The interface supports RPG and pushbutton control monitored by the 8350A.
Ideal for swept frequency applications, the 83572A transforms tuning ramp voltages into currents that precisely drive the YIG Oscillator, delivering up to 7 dBm output power with fine 0.1 dB steps.
