The Keysight (Agilent) 83623L is a high-performance synthesized swept CW generator delivering up to +15 dBm calibrated output power with harmonics better than -50 dBc below 20 GHz, and SSB phase noise under -80 dBc at 10 GHz and 10 kHz offset. It includes a full analog sweep function and achieves -110 dBm output with the step attenuator (Option 001).
