The Keysight (Agilent) 83630L Synthesized Swept CW Generator offers +13 dBm calibrated output power, SSB phase noise of <-80 dBc at 10 GHz/10 kHz offset, and harmonics < -50 dBc up to 26.5 GHz.
It includes a complete analog sweeper and delivers -110 dBm output with step attenuator (Option 001), providing high performance and versatile sweep capability for RF applications.
