The Keysight (Agilent) 83640B Synthesized Sweeper offers broadband frequency coverage with precise 1 Hz resolution (Option 008), using indirect synthesis for low single-sideband phase noise. It achieves harmonics -50 dBc below the carrier up to 26.5 GHz and -40 dBc beyond, with a calibrated output power of +10 dBm. Featuring -80 dBc SSB phase noise at 10 GHz and 10 kHz offset, it supports complete analog sweeping and modulation options including pulse, amplitude, and frequency modulation.
