Covering a frequency range of 0.1 to 1.3 GHz, it offers >25 dB gain with a typical 3 dB bandwidth extending from 75 kHz to 1.7 GHz. With gain flatness of ±1.5 dB, reverse isolation over 40 dB, and output power beyond +12.5 dBm between 100 MHz and 1 GHz, the 8447F enhances sweep speed and dynamic range in network analyzer setups.
