The Keysight (Agilent) 8487A Power Sensor delivers precise average power measurements from -30 dBm to +20 dBm across an extensive frequency range of 50 MHz to 50 GHz. Featuring a thermocouple sensing element, it achieves low mismatch uncertainty with excellent SWR from 1.10 to 1.50. This sensor maintains ±3% power linearity from +10 dBm to +20 dBm and handles peak power up to 15 W. It includes a 2.4 mm (male) connector and supports EPM, EPM-P, and P-series power meters, along with legacy units like the 70100A, 43X series, and E1416A VXI.
Engineered for high-frequency and high-precision RF power testing, it offers full NIST traceability and stable performance up to 300 mW average power.
