The Keysight (Agilent) 85081B is a high-impedance input module designed for use with the 8508A vector voltmeter, covering a frequency range from 100 kHz to 1 GHz. It supports precision voltage and phase measurements with narrowband sensitivity down to 10 µV, enabling the detection of extremely low-level signals. When used with the Agilent 8508A, it allows two-channel signal comparison, including phase, group delay, and electrical length evaluations.
The 85081B is ideal for high-frequency measurements in high-impedance circuits and integrates with the Agilent 11570A accessory kit to facilitate accurate probing in 50-ohm systems.
