The Keysight (Agilent) 85108L is a factory-integrated pulsed-RF measurement system covering a frequency range of 45 MHz to 2 GHz. It includes the 85110L S-parameter test set and dual 83620B-H80 synthesized sweepers for RF signal generation. The system is complemented by a 85050D 7 mm calibration kit and supports full two-port calibration with broadband loads, ensuring accurate S-parameter measurements.
Designed for high-performance testing, it enables custom pulsed bias configurations including high power (>100W) and narrow pulse widths (<1µsec), adaptable to various pulsed-RF scenarios.
