The Keysight (Agilent) 8517B Test Set delivers high-performance RF testing from 45 MHz to 50 GHz. Its architecture supports a separate reference channel for each incident port, enhancing measurement accuracy. Built-in electronic RF switching provides efficient routing, and the system includes external DC bias capability to the test port center conductors, facilitating advanced active device measurements. Dual 60 dB step attenuators allow for fine signal control on Port 1 and Port 2. Option 007 enhances dynamic range for superior test resolution.
This unit is well-suited for migration from the 8510 and 8530 series to the PNA Series Network Analyzers. It enables controlled and repeatable measurements ideal for complex RF applications.
