The Keysight (Agilent) 8640A Signal Generator operates from 0.5 MHz to 512 MHz, offering a calibrated and metered output range of +19 to -145 dBm. It supports AM, FM, and pulse modulation with internal modulation frequencies from 20 Hz to 600 kHz. Dial accuracy exceeds 0.5%, while reset ability is better than 0.1%.
