The Keysight (Agilent) 8683A is a cavity-tuned, microprocessor-enhanced, solid-state signal generator with a frequency range of 2.3 to 6.5 GHz. It delivers output power from +10 dBm to approximately -130 dBm, supports AM, FM, and pulse modulation with internal and external control, and provides a resolution of 5 MHz. Its intuitive front panel, seven-segment LED displays, and advanced modulation conflict detection system ensure reliable operation.
Ideal for high-precision microwave signal generation, the 8683A supports modulation rates up to 10 kHz and operates in environments from 0°C to 55°C. Conforms to MIL-STD-461A and IEC 348 safety standards.
