The Keysight (Agilent) 89410A Vector Signal Analyzer covers a frequency range from DC to 10 MHz and supports an optional second channel for enhanced functionality. It enables frequency response measurements and vector network analysis, aided by built-in math tools for calibration and correction. With precise two-channel statistical measurements like cross-correlation and coherence, it supports advanced signal diagnostics.
The analyzer includes a versatile signal source with sine, periodic chirp, pseudo-random noise, and user-defined arbitrary waveforms up to 4096 complex points. These signals can stimulate circuits while spectrum analysis is conducted elsewhere, with user-adjustable source level and DC offset.
