The Keysight (Agilent) 8981B Vector Modulation Analyzer is a two-channel X-Y sampling oscilloscope that precisely analyzes I and Q components of digital microwave signals like QPSK, 16QAM, and 256QAM. It features a 50 MHz to 200 MHz IF input range with a built-in I/Q demodulator and supports up to 350 MHz I vs. Q bandwidth. It includes 12-bit digitizing, less than 0.5° quadrature imbalance, and 0.1 dB amplitude imbalance.
Ideal for measuring coherent phase and amplitude modulation, it provides detailed markers for phase, amplitude, and time. View magnitude and phase versus time or at specific time markers.
