The Keysight (Agilent) B1510A is a high-performance Source/Measure Unit (SMU) with 4-quadrant capabilities offering 0.1 fA – 1 A and 0.5 µV – 200 V range, enabling precise IV characterization. It supports spot, sweep, pulse, and sampling with a 100 μs interval and 500 μs pulse width. QS-CV measurements with leak current compensation enhance semiconductor testing accuracy.
This SMU integrates seamlessly with the B1500A Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer, delivering sub-femtoamp resolution. Optional Atto Sense Switch Unit (ASU) extends measurement to sub-fA levels, ideal for sensitive semiconductor and device evaluation.
