The Keysight (Agilent) B2911A is a 1-channel precision Source/Measure Unit with integrated 4-quadrant sourcing and measuring for I/V characteristics. It provides up to 210 V, 3 A DC, or 10.5 A pulse output, with ultra-fine resolution of 10 fA/100 nV for accurate device characterization. Its 4.3” color display offers graphical and numerical viewing, with SCPI command support and free PC-based control software.
Ideal for precision testing, debugging, and I/V curve analysis, it supports arbitrary waveform generation and digitization down to 10 µs intervals.
