The Keysight (Agilent) E1407A is a C-size, 1- or 2-slot VXI carrier that adapts A- or B-size VXI modules for use in all C-size VXI mainframes. It provides fully buffered P1 and P2 extensions, and includes a ribbon cable for isolating the outer P2 rows in VME applications. This module supports slave-only configurations and cannot operate in Slot 0 or with bus masters.
Compatible with many VME cards that meet VXI requirements, the E1407A is ideal for extending module compatibility within VXI systems. Option 010 supports two-slot width with backplane connectivity on one slot.
