The Keysight (Agilent) E1411B is a C-size, 1-slot, register-based VXI module 5.5-digit multimeter, mirroring the E1326B in electrical design but optimized for modular applications. It features dual A/D conversion—integrating for low-noise, high-accuracy 5.5-digit readings and sampling A/D for 14-bit measurements at up to 13 kHz.
With support for SCPI commands and Agilent multiplexers, it facilitates multichannel setups for measuring Vdc/ac, 2-/4-wire resistance, thermocouples, thermistors, and RTDs with autoranging capabilities.
