The Keysight (Agilent) E1413B is a 64-channel high-speed scanning A/D converter VXIbus module, supporting up to 100,000 samples per second. It includes per-channel signal conditioning, automatic ranging, and data output in IEEE 754 32-bit floating-point format. Features include a 65,024 reading FIFO buffer, Current Value Table access, and up to eight SCP slots for versatile input handling.
It supports four scan lists with 1,024 assignments each and a master "List of Lists" for flexible acquisition setups, all programmable via SCPI or Compiled SCPI languages.
