The Keysight (Agilent) E1420B High-Performance Universal Counter is a C-size, 1-slot, message-based VXI module that delivers advanced universal counter measurements like frequency, period, time interval, and voltage. It includes x10 attenuation for handling high-power signals and supports automatic rise/fall time, pulse width, and phase evaluations.
Ideal for ATE applications, the E1420B offers up to 60 measurements per second, 40/sec across functions, and 160/sec with shared RAM for high throughput performance.
