The Keysight (Agilent) E1426A is a 4-channel, 500 MHz digitizing oscilloscope VXI module with 8-bit resolution and programmable sensitivity from 8 mV to 40 V. It supports random repetitive sampling and includes 64 Kbytes of RAM for segment storage. The unit features stable triggering and a precise timebase for accurate measurements.
This oscilloscope supports SCPI and 54503A-compatible command sets, enabling flexible programming options and compatibility with existing applications developed for the 54503A bench scope.
