The Keysight (Agilent) E4436B ESG-DP Series Signal Generator covers a frequency range from 250 kHz to 3 GHz with excellent phase noise performance. It includes up to 35 MHz RF modulation bandwidth and offers a 40 MHz sample rate with 14-bit I/Q resolution. The unit features 1 Msample memory each for playback and storage, and supports extensive digital modulation formats including FSK, MSK, PSK, QAM, AM, FM, and pulse modulation.
