The Keysight (Agilent) E4835A is a front-end analyzer module for the ParBERT 81250 system, supporting data rates from 333 Kb/s to 675 Mb/s. It enables precise signal integrity analysis with differential and single-ended input compatibility, PRWS and PRBS generation up to 2^31-1, and jitter performance under 100 ps pp in data mode and 8 ps rms in clock mode.
This module delivers variable amplitude (0.1–3.5 Vpp) and transition times (0.5–4.5 ns), essential for validating high-speed digital circuits and communication protocols in testing labs and development environments.
