The Keysight (Agilent) E4862A Analyzer operates in a data rate range from 333 Mb/s to 2.7 Gb/s, supporting both differential and single-ended I/Os. It generates and analyzes pseudo random word sequences (PRWS) and PRBS up to 231-1, with memory-based patterns up to 64 Mb. The generator offers amplitude of 0.5 to 1.8V pp and typical transition time of 90ps, while jitter performance is <50ps in data mode and <5ps RMS in clock mode. The analyzer module features 50 ohm impedance, 50mV input sensitivity, and accepts up to -2V to +3V input range.
