The Keysight (Agilent) E4895A is a key module in the ParBERT 81250 system, delivering integrated Bit Error Ratio Testing (BERT) for serial devices at speeds from 38 to 45 Gb/s. It supports testing of 16:1 and 4:1 OC-768 MUX/DeMUX as well as associated subrates of 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, and 1/16. The device can generate PRBS data patterns up to 2^31-1 and analyze parallel streams up to 10.8 Gb/s.
