The Keysight (Agilent) E5505A Phase Test System offers precision phase noise analysis from 50 kHz to 18 GHz, extendable to 26.5 GHz with appropriate mixers. It features an ultra-low noise floor of -180 dBc/Hz and includes advanced phase noise measurement software. Compatible with both bench R&D and ATE applications, it supports carrier frequency inputs from 50 kHz to 26.5 GHz and offset ranges up to 100 MHz with external analyzers.
