The Keysight (Agilent) E7350A 8510XF system enables precision broadband device measurements up to 110 GHz in coaxial (1.0 mm) or on-wafer formats, in a single sweep. Built upon the renowned 8510C network analyzer, it ensures superior frequency coverage, dynamic range, and accuracy.
Internal switching by the 8510C enhances usability for full-frequency calibrations with 1.0 mm kits, adapters, and cables across 2–110 GHz (or 45 MHz to 110 GHz with Opt 005).
