Integrated EEPROM stores calibration factors, linearity, and temperature compensation data for precise correction. Engineered for high-speed and high-accuracy testing, the E9301A features low SWR for reduced mismatch uncertainty and supports up to 400 measurements per second when used with the E4416A power meter.
