The Keysight (Agilent) ESG-D4000A RF Signal Generator spans 250 kHz to 4000 MHz with 0.01 Hz resolution and high modulation accuracy. It supports broadband I/Q modulation, internal burst generation, and flexible timeslot configuration, ideal for RF digital communications testing.
This generator enables internal generation of π/4 DQPSK, GMSK, GFSK, QPSK, and OQPSK signals for testing GSM, DECT, CDMA, and more, reducing the need for external equipment.
