The Keysight (Agilent) J1409A OmniBER 725 is a high-performance communications performance analyzer offering full BER test capabilities across all SONET/SDH rates. It supports STM and OC levels up to 2.5 Gb/s, unframed PRBS, and jitter testing compliant with ITU-T O.171/O.172. It features both optical and electrical interfaces, full overhead access, SmartSetup and SmartTest, and remote control via GPIB, LAN, and RS-232.
