The Keysight (Agilent) M8061A Multiplexer 2:1 extends the data rate capability of J-BERT M8020A up to 32 Gb/s and J-BERT N4903B up to 28.4 Gb/s. It includes internal interference superposition, Clock/2 jitter injection, and optional up to 8-tap de-emphasis for advanced signal conditioning. This 2-slot AXIe module is fully controllable from J-BERT user interfaces via USB, offering transparent jitter performance and electrical idle support.
Ideal for testing serial interfaces, optical transceivers (100GBASE-LR4/SR4/ER4), SERDES, and high-speed chip-to-chip links like OIF CEI, and 100GBASE backplanes or cables.
