The Keysight (Aglient) M8196A offers exceptional performance with a 92 GSa/s sample rate, 8‑bit vertical resolution, and 32 GHz analog bandwidth. It delivers ultra‑low intrinsic jitter, transition times under 9 ps, and supports signals beyond 64 GBaud. Each AXIe module can be upgraded to 1, 2, or 4 channels, with 512 kSa waveform memory per channel, built‑in frequency/phase calibration, and external clock in/out.
Designed for 200G/400G/1T optical communications, receiver stress testing (NRZ, PAM4, PAM8, DMT), quantum research, and arbitrary waveform generation, it integrates seamlessly with M8070A BER test software.
