The Keysight (Agilent) MSOV164A Infiniium V-Series oscilloscope offers 16 GHz bandwidth, 4 analog and 16 digital channels, and up to 80 GSa/s sample rate with 2 Gpts of memory. It features low noise (1.32 mVrms at 50 mV/div), a jitter floor of 100 fs, ENOB over 5.5, and SFDR above 50 dBC.
Ideal for high-speed debugging, it includes PrecisionProbe tools, N2815A MSO/LA cable, DDR and LPDDR decode support, and 50 Mpts of memory for deep signal capture.
