The Keysight (Agilent) N4001A Noise Source SNS Series covers 10 MHz to 18 GHz with a nominal ENR of 15 dB, supporting accurate testing for DUTs with noise figures up to 30 dB. It features an APC 3.5(m) connector and low reflection coefficient for consistent performance.
Electronic ENR data storage, automatic download to NFA, and temperature compensation enhance accuracy and ease of setup.
