The Keysight (Agilent) N4421A S-parameter test set enables advanced balanced and mixed-mode measurements in high-speed digital interconnects and RF components. It works seamlessly with the PNA Series E8364B Option 014 vector network analyzer and IEEE-488 GPIB-controlled PC.
