The Keysight (Agilent) N5183A MXG microwave signal generator delivers up to 40 GHz frequency range with =900 µs switching time and +18 dBm output at 20 GHz. It supports AM, FM, pulse modulation with <10 ns rise/fall time, and is optimized for high-power broadband component testing.
Equipped with digital/step sweep, self-maintenance features, and multiple interfaces (LAN, USB, GPIB), it's ideal for LO substitution, CW interferer, and analog modulation scenarios.
