The Keysight (Agilent) N5262A Millimeter-Wave Controller interfaces with up to four mmWave test head modules and PNA/PNA-X network analyzers, enabling full 4-port S-parameter testing. It supplies RF/LO signals and processes IF signals up to 1.1 THz.
Integrated ALC control supports pulsed-RF measurements. It powers each mmWave head module with +12 V bias, ensuring reliable and efficient signal routing for advanced testing scenarios.
