The Keysight (Agilent) N6784A Source/Measure Unit (SMU) provides up to ±20 V, ±3 A, and 20 W of power output with 4‑quadrant operation. This device features four programmable and measurement current ranges, excellent transient response, glitch‑free range transitions, and high‑speed digitized measurements with a built‑in 200 kHz digitizer. It enables DC modulation up to 100 kHz for waveform generation.
