The Keysight (Agilent) N7040A Rogowski coil current probe measures up to 3,000 Apeak AC currents with a 3 Hz to 23 MHz bandwidth. It features a flexible 200 mm coil with a 4.5 mm cross-section and a 4.5 m cable length, making it ideal for confined testing spaces.
Ideal for applications involving power semiconductor circuits, inverters, and motor drives, this probe supports any Keysight oscilloscope with a 1 MΩ BNC interface, and operates via AC adapter or AA batteries.
